CIC St. Louis opened its doors in October 2014 as the first expansion site for CIC outside of the original location in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Partnering with the growing Cortex district, we quickly established a location at 4240 Duncan Avenue and CIC@CET at the corner of Forest Park Park Avenue and Sarah Street. Our third location at 4220 Duncan Avenue opened in May of 2018. Combined, our three locations offer 160,000 sq ft of beautifully designed office space, coworking, wet lab facilities, event spaces, and shared amenities such as meeting rooms, phone booths, and fully stocked kitchens.We are a collaborative, inclusive, and value-adding center of gravity for entrepreneurship and innovation in St. Louis.
