Located in Edgewater, Colvin House is home to Creative Coworking's second location. The Chicago landmark was built in 1909, designed by architect George Maher and later renovated in the 1920s to include a plethora of ornate, architectural details. After falling into severe disrepair, owner and founder of Creative Coworking, Angela Valavanis, purchased the lakefront mansion and restored it to its former glory. While maintaining as much of the home's original integrity as possible, Valavanis updated the space into a fully operational workplace and event venue.
