We aim to increase participation of 14 - 19 year olds in Newcastle to enable young people to successfully access Education, Employment and Training to increase their career prospects. Our Skills and Training programmes are tailored to be the ideal 'alternative curriculum' for training young people and embedding the ethos of enterprise and employment. In addition at The Beacon Newcastle we deliver Alternative Education with the aim of encouraging enterprise to young people aged 14-16 who want to access vocational options and/or at risk of disengaging.
