With units varying from 100 to 2,000 sq ft we can accommodate a diverse business community of makers and service providers. Our studio workspace is varied, alongside traditional offices we house artist studios, technical laboratories, therapy suites and design hubs. Our terms are flexible allowing for businesses to expand, to contract or leave at short notice. Our affordable rates have enabled start-ups to flourish and we are delighted to still be serving clients who have been with us since the beginning.

Hurlingham Studios is conveniently located next to Putney Bridge Tube station - a quick tube ride from central London. The amenities of Putney High Street, including bank branches, cafes and shops are a few minutes walk away.In the opposite direction is Fulham High Street, The Fulham Road and The New Kings Road that offer a wide choice of coffee and food shops.
