The company, which only launched in October 2023, already operates over 120,000 square feet across its two vibrant locations in Shoreditch. Riding on that success, they’re now taking over Northdown Street.Oneder has teamed up with the building’s private owners to lead a full-scale transformation, complete with a redesigned entrance and outdoor space. With a 10-year management deal locked in, Oneder will take charge of designing, building, and operating the entire facility—seamlessly integrating their signature style into every aspect of the space.Channel will feature six private offices spanning four floors, designed to accommodate teams ranging from 7 to 60 people. Two of these floors will boast self-contained spaces complete with private kitchens, meeting rooms, and phone booths—plus stunning panoramic views of London.
