We were once known as Ventia Ltd: the well-known, well-loved, trail-blazing serviced office provider started by industry veterans Steve Baker and Dan Wheble in 2008. This clever pair saw a lucrative gap in London’s post-recession office market and used their twenty years of experience to manage property portfolios on behalf of landlords and tenants.
