We have on offer to take up a wonderful studio space in Great Western Studios in West London. Located in the Maida Hill/Notting Hill area, this 48m2 space is located in the Great Western Studios complex, home to a collection of creative, tech companies and other small businesses. The space is in the 2nd floor of the complex with southern light and windows overlooking the large internal atrium space and the complex (24hr access) has a onsite cafe, ample cycle storage and use of meeting rooms if required.The current lease is until March 2023 and you will be replacing us as the tenant on the tenancy agreement. Rent is exclusive of VAT and service charge. Internet is to be arranged via the building manager. Three months deposit is required before taking up the lease.If you are also interested in also taking the existing furniture, fixtures and fitting in the space we can discuss this as well.
