The Lightwell was a complete rebuild including new steel frame, roof, floors, windows, lift, stairs and mechanical services together with a complete rewire was needed. In other words Lightwell is effectively a brand-new building wrapped in a beautiful old, red brick shell.The concierge managed reception area and stairs are all finished in solid oak floors with blue slate entrance hall and toilets.
