We have now renovated the building and, St George’s House provides modern, airy and fully air conditioned office space in suites between approximately 2,000 square feet to 7,500 square feet allowing impressive occupation density, if required.Suites are connected to superfast broadband and ready to “plug and play” for IT and VOIP telephone systems.St Georges House has a manned reception and is also covered by CCTV monitored by our own central monitoring stations.

St George’s House is an iconic grade II listed building with more than 50,000 sq ft of floorspace and a rich history dating back to the early 20th century. Similar to other buildings from its time in the North of England, St George’s House sits covered in terracotta bricks and was the first concrete framed building in Manchester.Acquired by us in 2014, St George’s House has known its fair share of historical events; built in 1909, St George’s House sits on the site of the 1817 Peterloo Massacre and is the very place where the body of Hannah Besick, now known as the Manchester Mummy, was found. It was also the old Manchester YMCA building, complete with a running track on the roof, gymnasium, and swimming pool.
