Incspaces has grown from a single centre established in Leeds in 1980. Prospect House was the first business centre in Leeds and developed an unrivalled reputation for the quality of service.Following almost 3 decades of continued success and popularity, a further Leeds centre was opened in December 2008 at Fountain House on South Parade. The new centre situated in the traditional office core was instantly successful and attracted a number of high quality clients resulting in the centre almost reaching capacity within 12 months of opening.Focus for the company then changed south to look at the opportunities in London. The first London centre was opened in January 2012. Full occupancy was achieved within 12 months which prompted the expansion of this location with a further 120 desks. We have subsequently opened 2 further locations one in the City the other in Westminster and we continue to search for new locations.All our centres offer the same high levels of quality and friendly service you would expect for your business.
