The building has been remodelled to provide c.15,000 sq ft of fully refurbished, contemporary workspace over 3 floors. Treherne Architects have designed the space to include a landscaped garden, secure bike parking, shower facilities. Two new lifts and a wrap around terrace allowing lots of natural light. Blank Street Coffee occupy one of the retail units on the Ground floor.The building has been meticulously refurbished always with sustainability in mind. The building is run off 100% renewable energy procured through green energy contracts and we have been mindful to use sustainable materials wherever possible. The building embodies the principles of upcycling an existing energy inefficient building within Central London into modern sustainable office accommodation. Prior to the refurbishment, the building had minimal insulation and used fossil fuel gas boilers. The new building has significant improvements to its energy performance; new glazing throughout, energy efficient LED lighting and heat pump technology to heat and cool the building. Both Topland Group and Northstar Capital are committed to helping their customers reduce their carbon emissions by working collaboratively to improve the sustainability credentials of each building they own and have already procured green energy contracts to supply the space.
