Spread over two floors Lea Bridge BSMNT comprises 14 high-spec music recording studios and workspaces. Studios range in size and shape, but all benefit from a ton of natural light and A/C. The building has hyper-optic broadband, monitored CCTV throughout the premises, smart intercom system, and extra spacious communal lounges with kitchen. Designed by award winning architecture practice, it will make an inspiring and functional home for music makers and creatives.
