Available to hire for all, and free to Buzz Card holders for the 1st hour (see Buzz Card information below). The Biz Booth rate for zoom calls on our super-size screen with super-fast internet is £15.00 for the first hour and £10.00 per hour thereafter. VAT does not apply.Meeting ZoneMeeting and conference room for up to 8 people, with free presentation tech . Super-size presentation facilities and super-fast internet. The internet is provided via a bilateral up / down 1 gig lease line for super stable internet connectivity. Hot DesksDrop in or book on an ad-hoc basis to co-work in our studio by the hour, half or full day. Booking is recommended to avoid disappointment. Retained DesksThe same desk in our studio for the same fixed hours and days each week.Dedicated Desks in Coworking StudioThe same desk in our studio is yours every day of the week.Internet Connectivity for All Desks & OfficesAll workers throughout the building enjoy the Hive’s super-fast WIFI or you can upgrade to a dedicated IP internet account with bilateral up / down 1 gig lease line for hyperspeed stable internet connectivity when you purchase a BUZZ CARD.Smart Desks for AllAll desks are equipped as ‘Smart Desks’ and are fully height adjustable, to allow you to sit or stand to work. They also have wireless charging, USB ports and bluetooth connectivity.Chairs & LockersEvery desk comes with an ergonomic and height adjustable chair. Desks in the communal areas of the buildings have easy-clean surfaces and will be thoroughly cleaned in-between bookings. There are lockers available free of charge to those using the coworking studio to store your laptop and other valuables when you are absent from the building.Samsung Diamond MonitorsWe have three screens available in the building. A 52” in the Meeting Zone, a 34”in the Zoom Booth and a 27” available on a trolley for roaming for those that need to use one for projects.Corporate Hospitality – CateringWe can cater for your client or team meetings, working lunches, or breakfasts and snacks from Kypseli Taverna on the ground floor or The Buzz Lounge at No7.Onsite Catering FacilitiesOn the first floor there is a kitchenette for use by all those working at The Hive. It is equipped with kettle, microwave and fridge. We supply instant coffee, tea bags, milk, sugar and squash.

Previously known as The Walks and the (Royal) Parade, The Pantiles is steeped in history and remains a hugely popular destination for shoppers and socialites alike, offering unrivalled style and sophistication reminiscent of its Georgian heyday. In line with its sustainability mission, The Hive will offer a truly unique work and social space, where old meets new.Parking is available throughout the area. There are multiple free 2-hour and 4-hour parking bays in Castle Road or you can purchase a permit in the Hive’s dedicated parking zone in. At the end of the Pantiles by The Grey Lady opposite the Potteries there is a bicycle rack for those that wish to cycle to work.Access to The Hive on the Pantiles is from 7 am to 7pm seven days a week, each office has a combination locking system and there are lockers available for those working in the coworking studio.
