At Harbor Business Center you determine the extent to which you want to use the services the center has available. From a basic room of 20m² with telephone connection to a fully furnished unit of 30m² with secure private parking.Our units are offered as standard:-Use of meeting room, 6 hours per month including rental fee;-Shared use of approximately 100m2 of general areas;-Access 24/7 to the office for residents;-A fully equipped pantry (with microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, etc.)-Two toilet groups;-A reception that is manned during office hours (receiving relations or orders);-Use PO box details and visiting address;-Air conditioning, adjustable per unit-Add: Weekly cleaning (1x per week) plus window cleaning;-Add: WiFi and telephone linesAvailable: Unit of 25m2, rear of the buildingA space of approximately 20m2. The 20m2 unit is located at the rear of the building. The quieter part of the center.
