28 October 2016: Office Hub left their mark on the real estate industry, winning two major awards at the Annual REA Excellence Awards in Melbourne on Friday night:
• Game Changer of the Year (Commercial)
• Excellence in Customer Service (Commercial)
Exclusive within the Australian market, the AREAs (Annual REA Excellence Awards) focus on recognising and celebrating excellence in the property and media industries. A black-tie gala dinner supported by American Express was held at the National Gallery of Victoria in Melbourne, on Friday night (28th October 2016) to celebrate achievements of the industry and to announce the Award winners.
Grant Philipp, CEO and Founder of Office Hub, said the awards are a huge honour considering the company’s relatively short history and the remarkable competition across all categories. Office Hub was nominated alongside leading players such as CBRE, HSBC, Jeep and Ray White.
Grant Philipp set out to do things differently when he started Office Hub 2 years ago. “It was time the industry needed a shake up, instead of following the pack we tested new ideas and were creative in our approach”
“We believe in offering flexible workspace solutions, to make sure every commercial office space in Australia is not only leased but utilized in the best possible way”
“Hopefully we turned a few heads on the night. This would have been the first time some of the big players had even heard of Office Hub. We are not a household name such as major player Ray White, so winning an award and being recognised by your peers is fantastic. It’s good to know we are heading in the right direction”
“We pride ourselves on being creative, quirky and forward thinking. To be acknowledged for this by receiving the game changer award is a testament to our brand and ethos”
“Office Hub would not be here today without successful happy customers. We are thrilled and honoured to win the award for customer service. Our priority has always been to deliver results for our customers whilst ensuring their experience is enjoyable and one they would come back to”
We are going to continue to aim for new heights and push boundaries. Watch this space!
