Our goal at Wibur is to provide a corporate office environment in the prime location of the city to small and medium businesses that can’t afford to lease big and expensive office spaces in IT park buildings. We are currently located in a prime location in Alwarpet, Chennai. Alwarpet which is an upscale residential zone in central Chennai is also one of the most expensive places in the greater Teynampet area to find office spaces for rent. The location is significant because other major neighborhoods of Chennai such as, Mylapore, Kotturpuram, Mandavelli, RA Puram and Nadanam are with in a 2 km radius of our location.
