It is the first business centre in Hong Kong to be certified with ISO9002 service quality certification and one of the firsts to build a full-service system. In 2000, CIBC ventured into mainland China by opening CDB Tower, the first business centre in China. Consequently, it implemented two bands: CIBC in Hong Kong and CFG in mainland China, establishing over 180 branches across nine major cities in China and 30 branches within Hong Kong by 2018. These workspace locations provide convenient access to major transport hubs and amenities for members, including office spaces, meeting rooms, and internet access.
