+- Do I have to pay for Office Hub's help finding and renting office space?

No, our premium service is completely free of charge for tenants. It is and always will be completely free for tenants so don’t worry about being hit with hidden fees further down the line. There are no strings attached!

+- How do the license agreements work?

When a deal is reached, Office Hub sends the license agreement to you, the tenant. We’re totally paper-free so it’s an online license agreement and you can sign on your desktop, mobile or tablet. It will refer to every inclusion, start/end dates and pricing. Once you’ve signed the agreement, we send it to the workspace owner to sign and you’ll be emailed to confirm your new office space!

+- Do I need to pay a bond on an office space?

Most of our workspace partners require a one-month bond to secure the office space as well as one month’s rent up front before you move in. You must pay the required amount in full to be given access to your new office space. After that, billing is usually at the end of the month and all-inclusive of everything to do with your office space. This can vary, so check with your Office Hub account manager about the required bond for office spaces you’re interested in.

+- How do I book an office tour?

Simply fill out the “Book Tour” form on the office listing page and we’ll organise the tour with the workspace owner and be in touch with you to confirm the date and time. Be sure to use the multi-tour option if you’d like to see more than one space and we’ll line up your tours for you. or give us a call on +852 3008 3696 and we can talk through what you need, recommend other offices and book your tours right there and then.

+- What does a tour of an office space involve?

An office space tour takes around 20 minutes. A member of the on-site team will meet and greet you, talk you through the different office or membership options and answer all the questions you might have. They’re casual yet informative, and there’s no better way to get a real feel of an office space. We recommend touring several offices on the same day for the best comparison and to save time if for some reason your first choice doesn’t work out.

+- What do I need to do to secure an office space I like?

Office Hub is here to help you secure your perfect office space for free. We can assist you with contacting and negotiating the office space owner or you can go ahead and handle it yourself – it’s entirely up to you. If you simply need the stress taken off your hands or you want an even better deal with a cheaper price or great incentives, we’re here to help.

A flexible office is a workspace with an adaptable layout design which allows the owner to change the layout to suit the tenants. This means the owner can advertise more spaces as it could suit a wider range of businesses. The main benefits of a flexible office for a tenant is that the space is furnished and equipped with everything you need and you have the ability to upscale or downsize as you go. It’s a far more cost-effective alternative to leasing a conventional fixed and unfurnished office space. Shared office spaces, serviced offices and coworking spaces are all types of flexible offices.

A virtual office is everything you get from a serviced office apart from the physical office. You can work from home, or from anywhere, and benefit from a professional support team handling your calls and mail, as well as commercial infrastructure and a professional address to put on your website.
