Engine House was born out of a love for the day-to-day, for owning your time and making the most out of it. Coming from a background of small business, owners El, Rod and Ryan have always enjoyed being hands on, servicing others and creating amazing spaces. The Engine House team is encouraged to be independent, autonomous and creative. And most importantly, enjoy the day-to-day – thats what we are all about. You won’t find any inspirational quotes on the walls, ping pong or annoying buzzwords on our whiteboards. Neither will you find precious or stiff corporate offices filled with suits and swipe cards. What you will find is beautiful and convenient spaces designed to help you think, work, create and grow, while working alongside some of Melbourne’s most respected businesses and creative minds. We’re all about building a community for work and (just the right amount of) play. Our members are down-to-earth, inspired and collaborative; plenty of magic has been made through our members working together. We pride ourselves on creating spaces and communities that build business, support personal development and celebrate it all with the occasional Friday arvo drink. We focus on creating coworking spaces that make you happy to come to work, feel creative while you’re here and leave with a sense of achievement at the end of the day. Our spaces are the perfect mix: productive yet social, professional yet casual, and of course, very pet-friendly.
