Located in Headland Park in Georges Heights, we have a great office space available to sublet from current tenants. Our office is divided into two separate rooms, one which is approximately 12m x 5.85m (70m2) including the entrance path, and one which is approximately 5.5m x 5.85m (32m2). We no longer require both rooms, and so we are seeking a tenant to occupy one of these spaces. We are open to working out of the smaller or larger space, so you are welcome let us know your preference. The rooms are separated by lockable sliding glass doors (and curtains), and we are happy to create a more permanent division using bookcases and other furniture to further divide the rooms. Both rooms are furnished with office desks, computer monitors (and monitor holding arms), desk dividers, office chairs and cabling. We also have a selection of couches, armchairs, a breakfast bar with high chairs, boardroom desks/seating, a television, storage cabinets, bookcases, outdoor furniture and side tables available to be shared in the spaces. Each space also has access to a wraparound deck, an internal bathroom, and a fully functional kitchen with sink, fridge, microwave, kettle and plates/glasses/cutlery etc. We also have a printer (copier/scanner) and a paper shredder, and the smaller space also has ClickShare adaptability for presentations on the big viewing screen. What sets this space apart from other offices is its location in picturesque Georges Heights. The office has windows on every side, with views of the bushland and gardens from each window. You’ll often see rabbits and kookaburras while seated at one of the desks, and the entire setting creates a relaxing mindset - while maintaining the functions of a fast-paced office. It is only short walk to Frenchie’s Café and Restaurant, and an easy stroll to some breathtaking views of Mosman and the City, as well as Balmoral Beach. Parking for yourself or for your clients is all-day, and right out the front of the building.
