It's the perfect solution that gets your proposal into the inbox of your future tenant. In under 1 minute, you can verify your quote and create the perfect proposal - beautiful, professional and refreshingly simple.
Set up your Quick Proposal
Log onto MyOfficeHub and click on the “Proposal” Tab.
Your content and images are already there, all we need is for you to update the content to describe your building/local area and workspace.
To help drive more leads, we have also created a Marketing Health Check which scores how your listings, discounts and photos rank versus your competition. Click on the “i” icon, to read your score and find out what’s needed to drive your space to marketing excellence.
Struggling for content inspiration? No problems, we have built the Office Hub AI tool to write customised, results-driven content for you. Click, create and away you go.
You only need to update the content once and it dynamically saves for all of your team to use again. Once updated, your Proposal page in MyOfficeHub should look like this below and you are ready to start sending Quick Proposals.
Note If you have multiple locations, update just one property for the “About” and “Why Us” sections and we will automatically update the content to all your other properties for these sections.
How To Create a Quick Proposal
There are two ways to create and send a Quick Proposal”
- When you verify a Quick Quote the option will pop up on your screen for you to click and send a Quick Proposal
- Log into MyOfficeHub, go to the ‘Leads’ tab and choose the client you want to send the proposal to. Then you simply click the “Images/Proposal” button and select "Send Proposal".
On the bus, in a meeting, or over lunch - there are no limitations to when you can send a proposal to a tenant.
