What is the role?

This is an exciting opportunity to commence a professional career in the fastest growing sector of commercial real estate! Working in our fast-paced sales team, you will cover new inbound and outbound business opportunities. You will receive an existing client base and a ready-to-call pipeline (no cold calling!) while handling new incoming enquiries, all of which will set you up to smash your targets and achieve exceptional growth for yourself and the company. With complete training and guidance, you’ll hit the ground running and have plenty of scope to grow, learn and develop as you build a career in a high growth industry.


What are the tasks?

  • Manage inbound and outbound enquiries from businesses looking for flexible workspaces
  • Shortlist suitable office space options book workspace inspections and help negotiate deals for prospective tenants
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, workspace managers, landlords and property owners to secure their business
  • Record communication and data in a customised Salesforce CRM
  • Generate license and membership agreements
  • Provide outstanding customer service via telephone and email communication
  • Hunt for new business opportunities by identifying flexible workspaces and adding them to our portfolio
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Forecasting and financial reporting
  • Assist in managing online marketing and advertising campaigns to generate leads
  • Get involved! Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the business by putting internal and external ideas forward for consideration
