What is the role?

This junior copywriting role will see you become part of a small (but awesome) marketing team. As our business is mainly online, you’ll be tasked with creating optimised content that will help our customers, sell our office spaces and boost our online visibility. The varied role will see you write property listings, emails, blog articles, website copy and more, while you’ll also be involved in brainstorming and executing marketing campaigns from start to finish. SEO is a big part of this writing role and you’ll need to be tech-savvy to grasp a variety of tools and publishing platforms. You’ll enjoy a great level of independence by owning the entire content creation process, but we also love to collaborate so get your creative hat on and bring your ideas to the table. This is a diverse, hands-on and dynamic position, and the perfect chance for a talented copywriter to come in and make their mark in an exciting industry.

What tasks can I expect to be doing?

  • Writing engaging, informative and search engine-friendly copy for our office space listings.
  • Creating industry and lifestyle content for blogs, EDMs, landing pages and social media.
  • Assisting with re-writing existing copy for our new website launching in June.
  • Implementing link-building and other SEO strategies.
  • Collaborating with other members of the team to nail client briefs first time.
  • Researching and reporting on the state of the flexible workspace industry.
  • Using a variety of online tools, programmes and content management systems.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of internal and external processes and the customer experience

What kind of skills and traits are you looking for?

  • Someone who loves writing creative, compelling, original and search engine-optimised content.
  • Knowledge of writing for an audience and appeasing Google at the same time.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise workload and smash work out under pressure.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • A degree or diploma in marketing, writing or a related field.
  • Tech savvy and experience in using CMS and CRM systems like WordPress and Salesforce – a plus but not a must.
  • A track record in creating amazing online content is preferred but not essential – share any personal blogs, social accounts with considerable followings or previous creative work with us!
